I come here very frequently and every time it is an amazing experience. The man who I see most of the time memorized my entire order and I just think that’s so thoughtful. Now he asks me if I want my usual when I come in. Very nice man. The food is always so good, very hot, and comes out quickly. This is literally my favorite place ever. Also, usually it is only one person working the front at a time and sometimes it gets busy. This guy can manage 5-6 tables at a time and the quality of experience is NEVER lessened because of how busy he is. Amazing service and amazing food, you should absolutely try this place!

I love love love the BBH and Garlic Noodles from here. I even love the Chicken Salad. But their hours are wonky. I drive all the way from Carrollton to get food here, so I can’t come as often as I would like. I usually come midday because traffic can be heavy coming all the way up here on weekdays from 3-6pm. But I am also very hesitant to come close to their break time. They always seem to close early. But today I was in the area, I walked in and ordered at 2:20 and was told they only do take out. Told that 30 mins was not enough time for someone to dine in. Literally the food came out after I paid and sat down for a min. It’s kind of frustrating and disappointing that I can’t enjoy their food in a service oriented way. I really like their food but this seemingly repeated experience with even other people makes me super conflicted in coming here.

I think these people are racist. If you’re black, just stay away. I honestly haven’t been here in so long. I was hesitant to go but they are the closet to me and I needed soup. They were rude the last time I was here. I came in today for some pho. I walked to the counter and was looking at the menu. Bald guy walks up, I speak to him and he doesn’t speak back. He asked if I’m eating here or taking it to go. I didn’t hear what he said and asked him to say it again, very madly he said it again. I said it was Togo and he was just standing there like I was inconveniencing him. Maybe they don’t want Togo orders. I don’t know. But that’s not the first time I’ve been treated that way. I won’t be back.i told him that I changed my mind. I’m leaving. He said okay. The pho is already overpriced as is. Rude. Terrible service. They were not even busy. One person was dining in. And this may be a unique experience but it is mine and I for sure won’t be back.

I’ve been to Alley Noodle Bar twice now and both visits were honestly fantastic. If you’re vegetarian, their GoodPho is a standout. It’s rich, deeply flavorful, and feels like comfort food without being heavy. Finding a pho this satisfying without meat is rare, and they absolutely nailed it. What really makes this place special though is the service. The owner/server is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve met in the restaurant space. You can tell they care about every guest walking in, and that warmth completely elevates the whole experience. If you’re looking for a cozy spot with amazing vegetarian-friendly options and people who truly care about what they do, Alley Noodle Bar is 100% worth visiting. I’ll definitely be back again.

I enjoyed the Pho me up, and my wife enjoyed the unPhogettable. Everything appears to be made in-house, the ragooons were delicious, as well as the cucumber salad. The pho needed more noodles. The price is pretty comparable to most other local places, but the portion of meat and noodles was lacking in comparison. We will be back; the flavor was delicious.
